Our Building Steps

EPS Resin, Expanded Bead & Molded Foam

Resin is expanded into foam beads and then molded into large high density foam blocks using a high temperature steam process. EPS blocks are non-toxic, are made up of 94% air, and the scraps can be recycled.

Machine Cutting Foam

Large foam blocks are cut to size based on specifications provided to the cutting machine via uploaded file. Blocks can be cut to any customized shape and size required by the customer.

Steel Fabrication

Steel is bent and fabricated into our patented wall system and then installed into the foam panel. This adds to the structural integrity of the system.

Install Panels

The building system is installed by certified installers in less time than traditional stick framing.

Kreet Installation

The structure is then coated with our proprietary Kreet product forming a monolithic structure.
